The local organizing committee of IAVS2012 is pleased to offer accommodation with discounted rates at the venue, Hyundai Hotel Mokpo, as well as other official hotels located 20~30 min. by shuttle from the venue.
Please note that the special discounted rate can be provided only when you make a reservation through the official website. As rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis, once room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may unable to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended. |

All rates are quoted per room per night and can only be obtained by booking through the secretariat of IAVS2012, and any changes in booking must be informed in writing to the secretariat, NOT directly to the hotel. |

Hotel reservation should be made until 25 June, 2012. Room booking and changes made after 25 June, 2012 cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability.

Valid credit card information should be submitted in order to secure booking and room charges should be settled upon checking out directly to the hotel. |
