Please complete registration through the IAVS2012 website. The E-registration system will close at 18:00, 25 June, 2012 local time. All registrations received after this time will be considered to be on-site registrations. To benefit from lower registration rates, it is strongly recommended that you take advantage of early registration. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to experience the scientific and enjoyable social program.

Full payment must be paid by the corresponding deadlines.
Confirmation will be sent upon clearance of payment and the receipts will be provided on-site upon check in.

A participant paying with a credit card may register on-line. Visa, Master, American Express (AMEX) and JCB will be accepted. Please note that if your credit card is declined or is invalid, an alternate means of payment must be used to remit fees. |

Visa, Master, JCB support 3D Secure. Card issuer has to support 3D secure protocol and enroll your credit card on your participating card issuer's website. If the card issuer doesn't provide 3D Secure, the payment cannot be made successfully with its credit card. For more information, please download the attached file. |

| Cancellation and Refund Policy |
|
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation. All refunds will be made after the symposium for administrative reasons and bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount |

| Letter of Invitation |
|
The Secretariat will issue a letter of invitation upon request for registrants who is obliged to acquire a visa. Visa fees or any relevant expenses are to be borne by the registrants.
To receive a letter of invitation, registrant must complete the registration process. In case the visa is not granted, full registration fee will be refunded. Please contact the Secretariat if any problem arises.
